The Dental Implants Procedure

Dental implants usually take three phases to complete. First, the artificial root must be implanted into the jawbone. After a period of healing, known as osseointegration, an abutment is placed on the root portion. Finally, the new tooth is attached to the implant, and the patient has their new teeth!
